After achieving this phase of flying and all 14 passes in your ATPL ground school, you are now on the touchline...
Pause your training and assess the job market. If encouraged then continue your training by adding a twin engine rating and convert your single engine instrument rating to a twin engine rating.
The training should take about a month.
